U know what is a real f***
When you’re the only one mistreated.
When all other assoc are treated with respect.
When you’re unreasonably picked on for no reason

First of all, know that you're not alone. Many of us have gone through this sh*t before.
In my opinion, don't even consider complaining to MOM or the police like some of the people have suggested, unless of course your physical safety is in danger or something equally grave. This industry doesn't take too kindly to people who don't conform at the junior level.
Second, ask yourself what your options are. If you are able to go somewhere else if you tender, then by all means. However, if you are going to be out in the wilderness all alone, it might be prudent to go back to work for the time being until you have other options.
Whatever the case, just hang in there and don't ever give up, you're stronger than you think you are.

I am a trainee left two more months to call
I do not know what my options are. Can anyone advise?
Are there firms that are opened to taking in trainees with two months balance?
Also what are my options after being called? Sorry I am at loss.
I find my work environment seriously degrading and mentally tortuous.
I work from 8am to 11 pm daily. Today I just left office at 1230 am.
My boss still gives me **** attitude while she is away most of time and when she is back she will just scold and scold like ****. Just because she doesn’t have children doesn’t give her the right to treat trainees this way.
Hello? I am also a human, even my parents doesn’t scold me and call me names.

Are you the only one getting this? Are your fellow trainees experiencing the same from this particular partner? If it’s just you and this is specific and targeted bullying, you need to file a formal complaint with HR, LSS as well as MOM. Let them circle back to you on an “in confidence basis”
Assuming all your trainees go through the same thing from this particular partner, then I think you have less of a case.

I felt my work is super demanding
And salary is only $1500
I get scolded everyday
I wonder if the firm bothers to retain anybody
I don’t even allowed to take leave.
I have to work 8am to 11 pm
Even a blue collar worker has better salary
Why is nobody telling law firms to increase salary?
