Probably that’s why your increment percentage is so high. Your pay is on the lower end of the MX10 scale.

Got a B grade - 4.8% merit increment and 2.4 months PB
Does this mean I fall on the lower spectrum of B-grade performers, or is my Ministry just lousy?
Understand from earlier posts that B-grade performers usually get 2.5 months PB (and O guess 5% increment?)...
