The word stable job is derived and has connotations to working in a building that is used for the lodging and feeding of horses, cattle, etc. a collection of animals housed in such a building.
Long ago, the Royals, the Nobles and the Kings favourite sports was horse riding. These horses were lodged in a stable. In the modern era, stables are also an establishment where racehorses are kept and trained. Trainers who train the horses are highly skilled workers and are highly sought after. People would pay a fortune to hire them. However, due to the long establishment and being loyal to their employers due to the fact that they are given high bonuses every now and then, these trainers will stick to their establishment for a long period.
The metaphor is used to represent such class of workers.

Get married is not a big problem, half of the world are women. I have had a few girls ask me to marry them over the past few years. The problem was I wasn't happy with them even before marriage. Many are narcissistic, self-absorbed, mean and even hate men.
Having seen my fair share of women, I think I would rather remain single for a longer time until a woman who is smart, nice, not-too-ugly and one the same wavelength as me comes along (probably not easy).
