Nothing wrong, I went through it and once in another Fortune 500 MNC. It's to weed out the moaners like you. Pity our strawberry generation....

I mean I went through the SIA one once and another similar test in another Fortune 500 MNC. Both times I was hired.

Somthing I always wonder is when we talk about ideal co we want to work for always hear the usual banking, big oil and famous fmcg/IT companies. Somehow nobody ever mention SIA as their ideal first choice, but SIA always claim it wins the best employer, best brand name for fresh grads etc. Really don't see how they can get the award.

Understand the bonus for this yr is 1.5 mths. Is it true those in the executive position, their bonus is pegged to their KPI ? That they could possibly get more than what the rank and file are getting. SIA is not like what it used to be. The aviation industry as a whole in SEA is regressing and it's sad to see SIA struggling against the twin challenges of budget airlines and mid east carriers.

Hi, I am a soon to be graduate and I just received an offer for an accountant position in Corporate Accounts. Anyone can share how working environment or culture is like? Also the salary increment?

SIA do not pay fantastic salary/increment.
The renowned brand does not equate to juicy pay cheque.
Do manage your expectations.

SIA is decent by local company standard. Usually ~6% increase per year. Add another ~15% if promotion. In terms of promotion first 3-4 levels quite easy, usually 2-3 years once. After that it will slow down to 5-6 years once, if any.
