Anyone who have insights into these 2, would appreciate if you could share them and the reasons too. I’m looking more on 3 factors - (1) Brand/Company Name, (2) Salary and benefits, (3) Promotion and Exit Opportunities

Hello sorry I’m advance for asking this, although I know this thread is for Accenture. But I suppose some of you who are in Accenture alr or do know some insights could share for a comparison with RB. Would appreciate any who knows more on the consulting industry as well. Thanks in advance!

Don’t know too in depth about consulting but google tells me Roland Berger is a tier 2 whereas Accenture is tier 3. So I guess the name of Roland Berger is better? Salary both seem to be 4.5k altho Accenture have allowance not sure if Roland Berger have. Anyone else who knows more than me, feel free to correct me or share for this op bah, should be able to benefit others who are shy to ask.

Actually honestly, accenture strategy is alot better than RB. That's if you can get into accenture strategy.
Go and ask around and you will know its not easy to get into strategy function

Yea you’re quite right, I think another thing is RB have travel but acn plus chop no travel. Travel is one attractive point of consulting and also one reason why many want to go into consulting, so if this is also what you’re looking for, your answer is quite obvious.

ACN is well known for the working culture, I still remember last time internships got check in with school one and our group who have interns from ACN all look damn shag. When they share on the company also bad OT culture. So be prepared to work like there’s no tomorrow, OT on weekdays, weekends also still have to work. :/
