I see. My impression with FLPs is that they will usually pay well since they went through so much effort for the selection process.

It seems that nobody from GSK FLP actually come to this forum. Haha.

Don't know about grad program, but GSK are not known for their generous pay in their normal hiring. Fresh science grad can get sub 3k from them, so moderate your expectation

I am they will pay quite well for the FLP considering the fact that they are putting in so much effort for the selection.
