DBS for sure. OCBC is not bad but new grad falls into the trap thinking this is very prestigious. Until you realise that after 5 years, you are only getting the same pay as others from different industries. P&G and Unilever MA is much better.

FMCG pays well at the bottom. Hard to climb and grow after.

It's only limited to P&G and Unilever bro. Other FMCG like nestle, loreal pays damn low and not good progression

My point stands. Progression isn’t good in FMCG. Even for U and PG even though they pay more to attract the junior level.
