That seems excessively high. I know of someone who is VP lvl but he stays in a hdb flat and going by his lifestyle he doesn't seem to earn more than 7k tops.

Is there fake VP levels then? Or is the salary range for VP very very wide?

It's a wide range as it depends on which bank it is, what's his role, what was his last pay before he joined the current bank etc. No straightforward answer

VP (Organizational and Change Development) 10 years work exp on corporate training side. 16k + bonus 3.5 mths.

Personal preference with regards to spending habits bah... My bank (foreign) got a few MDs don't drive car and directors stay HDB. We always eat tgt at food court somemore.
