dilemma between 2 jobs

Thanks all.

I decided to take a risk to move on to the new job, as i believe passion is important too if i want to strike for better future. Tie to a job which no interest cant move me to the next level.

Good to make a decision and move on.

Bear in mind that a person's marketability will decline once you cross a certain age unless you are a hotshot. When I was in my thirties, I had a few job offers and even within the company I worked in, there were various opportunities opened to me. Now that I am above 40, the doors are mostly closed. :-(

I am just glad the company still find me valuable to keep.

That a thing i am fear off hence i like to find my career path now.
No point to clinch to a golden handcuff if you have no passion or you will not stay for life.
