Dilemma
HELP!
I'm a guy caught in between Human Resource and Finance.I'm currrently final year undergraduate in RMIT majoring in finance.And I have a diploma specializing in HR.However,I'm uncertain of whether to go into HR or finance.Please help.I have immerse interest in HR but the finance sector seems to be able to get higher pay in the long term.What should I do?

Easy. Get into a bank and do HR.

Some hr jobs pay are comparable or higher than even banking fo, you cannot generalise pay & prospect into hr or finance, the real world doesnt work like that. It all depends on the job you take up and the company.
