Long working hrs with lousy pay & bonus, only good thing is job security. Whole place is run like a backward small stat board.

Wa ok. Heard a lot of senior left bcos of the buy over by china. So there not much guideance right?

Left last year. The main reason for leaving for me is not the hours, is quite honestly the calibre of the people there really cmi. Most of them won't last 3 months in a proper pte company, so they complain & whine all the time, but turnover quite low actually.
