Likely to be $4k max if you are lucky.

I worked in MUFG for 2.5 years and was paid just shy of that as an analyst, even though i had work experience prior to joining. Glad that i left because i couldn't stand the morons in the bank.

I assume this is a late reply since you posted in April earlier this year, but i'd advise you to look elsewhere if you want your sanity.

Generally Japanese companies are a big nono for any non-Japanese who values their dignity and financial status.

Sure, but higher pay doesn't necessarily equate to being a good place to work in?

Please enlighten me since i have not worked there before, was ex MUFG/BTMU, so perhaps i have made a mistake in painting all Japanese companies with the same brush.

High pay solves anything my friend especially before you get kids.

At the very least they don't treat you like second class citizen if you ain't jap.
