Pre-Employment Medical Check

Hi. Need genuine advise if there's a difference on pre-employment medical check up requirements between PRs and Singapore citizens? I understand foreigners (S-Pass/Work Permit) need more strigent checks (ie. TB, HiV...etc). What about locals or PR? Will they need to go thru' the same test? I'm referring to non-statutory boards. Thanks a million.
