Comparison of different MAP or graduate programs offered
Can anyone enlighten me on what constitutes a proper graduate program in MNCs and GLC?
Currently, I am considering a graduate program (3 years) in an oil MNCs, can anyone enlighten me if it is good to join their program in terms of training provided and progression thereafter?
Does it matter alot if one is to join the graduate program or join as direct hire? Is it true one will be given more career advancement?

I am under Shell Trader's program. Quite structured. Mentor and buddies during your three years of program.
You have a say in your progression.
Pretty satisfied with the program and moreover, remuneration is gd

I was like you before. Don't really know how to chose my career path. But my parents also can help much, so I went for a paid career counselor, they help me a lot and teach me how to write resume, cover letter, interview skills and even got help me with online test preparation!
