The management level sucks now. As mentioned earlier, you dont need qualifications or work experience, all you need is the ability to carry balls. Superior treats those lower position (even with higher qualification) like pets.

agree. the local 3M management sucks. just look at the top management - more than half are foreign talents. from america europe india korea china. For singaporeans can use your fingers to count.
