age 29 then, my other colleague quit, all his job pass to me, cannot tarhan, then also quit.
even the other colleague never quit, is already lack of manpower liao.
is like got 100 things to do by 6 staff, 1 quit, 100 will be do by 5, all cannot tarhan, then 100 by 4, eventually the whole manpower thing collapse.
that time i am the 2nd to throw letter, and after I left , 6 more also tender...

Sad to hear all this.
Is this an SME? If they dont treat staff properly and give them the proper support, training and tools to do their job, then their business will suffer ultimately.
Even in big companies, they can sometimes just "lose" a capability if a group of people from same department decides to leave together.
Hope you all get another job soon!

Job market is not so rosy as before.
Quit after you secured a job. No matter how bad the current situation is. Unless you are advised by your doc to quit due to health reason then no choice. Otherwise, don't jump until you have another job offer. It is like jumping into the vast sea and desperately waiting for another ship to pick you up.
