I suppose you have to know what is your objective of changing your job. If monetary is primary consideration, I don't see a point when offered total package is similar to your current regardless of higher or lesser monthly pay.

Lost my job recently. 44 this yr
Very worry that can't find a job anymore
Saving can only tong for 10 months
Sigh...
Trying to be positive but when all the people around you are working except u, u can't help but feel useless to be lazing at home.

Don't worry. You can always be a private hire driver and be your own boss.
