Healthcare sector is 24/7....doctors / nurses all work rotating shifts especially in hospitals...issue is whether u get compensated time-off if need to be on duty.....need understanding bosses

Rotating shifts
It's not because it is 24/7 causing the issue. Other companies also has 24/7 operations but difference is most of these companies have rotating day shift and night.shifts with overlapping weekend with allowance. Either that OR they have multiple regions supporting different time zone. Eg Sg support Europe and USA during their night hours vice versa
Ihis org doesn't has this model. It's one person day and night.
