That's not the max. This is what 'the role/designation they offered, However, the bonus is roughly 2 (performance) +1(cooperate) ,3 month for average performer, not 2 months.

LOL 4,500 people works in the company and many are multi-year service.
It is not always bad. Talk to people on Google, Facebook, flashy branding and good free food but kena chop (laid off) so fast if this place really so bad, everyone already run liao

some teams are good, but majority bad so it really depends on which team u land into
some the turnover very high always hiring.. and its quite funny every week got at least 15-20 ppl new joiners

Their employee staff id is +1 for every new employee one. Within less than one year, they hired 1.6k+ people between mid 2022 to 2023. Compare this number with the total amount of active employees and let it sink in..
