General electric pay and prospects

no first hand experience on OLMP but my friend in FMP indicated a significant raise if you get into the next level of rotational program after the first two years.

so how is the omlp interview like?
How many rounds of interview? Typical kind?

Did u accept the job? The prospects seems quite good.
Low 3k but how are the benefits?

the interview consists of 2 rounds;

1st round: interview session with HR and a GM of the production plant

2nd round: phone interview with the program managers from china

been offered the role and i'm contemplating whether if I wanna take it up, there's a 2-yr bond after the program which i don't feel very comfortable with.

any info regarding the salary after the program? the starting pay for the program is 3k btw.

Any one have more information on this?

High starting pay & good bonus, but very competitive and dont hesitate to ask underperformers to resign.

Thanks for the reply. Am i right to say there will be a chop off rate during the 2 years program? Can you share what's the program in terms of are we going to do?

GE does not have a high starting pay la unless you consider 3-3.5k high.

Other than banking and investing, what is a high salary for a NUS 1st Class Honors fresh graduate? Where would this be?
