Default Question

Usually for people in civil service which is non executive level but is local uni degree holder.
How should I go about in applying to executive level job ?
Have to leave civil service and apply through career gov ?

The rule is they wont promote the person because he now has a degree. But he can apply a new role and job under the degree job lvel role

Most of the role are contract position now.

Even if it is advertise as permanent, you will have to go through a year or two as contract before they decide to emplace you as a permanent.

Hi
Anyone got exp of CS lowball if now you are underpaid in the private sector and state expected salary as only a bit higher? Will you still be paid within the range or they will give you what you put since lower?
TIA!
