Do you set your data to be able employers to view your resume in Job Portals or request for permission?

I'm thinking of looking for a professional career consultant. I don't mind paying some fees, as there is conflict of interests with the headhunters/recruiters/agents etc. Do you know of any good ones who look after your interests?
