Oops, I checked FAQ and it says against GEO5A. So you're right - they will be ranked against each other, which might quite unfortunately drop them from Bs to C+/C, depending on just how rare they are…

RO. Unless you are on not good speaking terms with your RO, then go to SL better. You can probably initiate the process with HR at the same time, if you have already made up your mind.

Salary increase isnt even the solution. It’s the piling on of the nonsensical admin work and programmes to run. I dont even mind my current salary it’s just that the workload and salary not in a good ratio!

If you are constantly getting big fat PBs (B/A) in your previous grade, you're quite likely to draw a lower total annual package in the couple of years after a promotion.
