Don’t think it will be released so early for rotation of SLs.
Usually around Sept then maybe SLs will receive news of where they are headed.

I believe can ‘estimate’ based on how long the SL had been in the school and whether the P is new or not so new

I believe the OP is asking when will news of SLs being rotated be released ie where the SLs will be rotated to..
Usually SLs are rotated after 6 years (some may be 5 years depending, maybe for high-tier scholars)

Open posting is starting soon. Can we share insider tips to ensure we don’t go from one hole to another hole? If there are places with good staff culture (teachers are protected by SLs, clear work life balance and fairness), please share! TIA

The insider tip is to have/obtain insider information. Trawl the school website and look for names of teachers that you know. Even better if you know KPs, as they work closer with SLs and have bigger influence over the staff culture. Talk to them and find out about what they like/don't like about working in the school.
Don't expect such information to be provided here.. there is no incentive for anyone to share it here.

Just ask yourself. Does school or SEAB know your teaching subjects better?

Can I go to the police and apply for personal protection order against a group of students? These students go around shouting at teachers and there is nothing I can do to protect myself. Thinking about how I have to go in and teach them gives me anxieties. I am actually a strict teacher but because of the discipline system nowadays, I cannot teach students consequences of their actions. Students can threaten me and other students using the excuse of poor mental health but I cannot do anything to protect the students in the same environment….. wondering if I should quit.

Have you tried giving feedback via official channels like your immediate superior, sch leaders, supt, MOE?
