Even if PB never an A and also never a D, the long wait is not justified.
Sad. Hope that person gets recognition elsewhere.
My heart goes to you.

Used to think being a KP will be more sane than being HOT. How wrong I was. Every role just comes with its own set of pros and cons.

Strong feeling a dip ED.
Heard it's 'normal' to wait 7-9 years for a promotion. Esp if the school doesn't push/groom coz too many geo 3-5. So either tahan or ciao.
Speaking from experience, I was a dip ED. Got my degree and got promoted within 2 years. My ex colleague didn't and she waited for 8 years. SLs told her that when it's time, it's time. Sad. Bo pian

Has anyone in ranking panel ever seen/raised someone's CEP beyond P6 SEO2 to P6 SEO3/VP? What kind of dispositions does the individual possess for the panel to make such an assessment?
Also, as not all in the panel may even have such a high CEP, how would they know how to assess an officer's CEP to be this high? Genuinely curious.
