Lol…. Everything is included. As you can see, the jump from one grade to the other is not a lot. We are not in private sector.

Our friend here still clinging on to the hope that there is a bigger increase in pay ah? Best way to know is for those who got promoted last year to say whether this range of increase in pay is the norm la.

What I was told, usually 1 year, so you can have a wider view of what you are or will be doing.
Previously I covered for a year, but I went for maternity. P kept the position for me, so I covered 1.5 years; back from ML and went interview

did a comparison with the increments from pre covid...ohwell.

also had a look at the numbers...for those getting C+, in terms of compensation there's like hardly any diff...lol

GEO5 with an A. Increment of 317. Looking at the GEO5 to SEO1 increment, factoring the annual pay package with PB of A and all the KP allowance. Starting to really question if the increment for promo to SEO1 (assuming decent grade of around C+ or B) is worth it. Numbers don’t make sense to me at all cause the difference really is negligible.

My geo3 to geo 4 legit is sad. With B . Only $350.

Hi all, the increment could be in term of percentage rather than a fixed amount.
