MINDEF DXO (All FAQ on it)

Went for a interview for a dxo position, 1 round and done. They said the procedure changed after covid, so its written test + interview in 1 visit. Quite an informal interview with the hiring managers.

congrats! how long did u wait after the form submission to the 1st HR call?

Pls don't lie to them. I'm from REAL HR, we give 20% increment every year, with 30% org wide increment this year.

Anybody know the increment for dxo? And the years it take from dx 10 to 11 and 11 onwards?

Very long actually, about 2 months
