Was a MINDEF Branch Head (DX12) many years ago, and have been in the private sector for more than fifteen years (yes, the DXO scheme has been around for 20 years or so)

Non DXOs would probably not be aware that each DX grade consists of three sub grades. For Karen's case, it is likely that it is a promotion from DX10P to DX11P. DX10P salary range is equivalent to DX12B and DX11P is equivalent to DX13B.

Why did u leave as branch head

Applied a role in mid-Aug.
So far no calls. but saw that the wait for a phone call can wait up to 2 months.

Anyone facing same encounter or applied in mid-Aug and have already gotten a call?

same situation. Very likely I am in the rejected pool. what role u applied for?

Seems like MINDEF just auto repost all the jobs every 2 weeks. For more than 6 months already the same job are posted immediately the next day as soon as the job ad expires. Not sure what / when are their actual hiring window...

Or it means the turnover is very high, they are always hiring.

Anyone has experience with polygraph test? Went for one recently and the polygraph examiner asked me whether i think i can pass the test after exiting the test room. found it uneasy to be posed this qn when i have answered the polygraph qns honestly. Is the examiner trying to hint i fail the test?

Hi, wanna check why grade and pay package does 7 years of experience correspond to in mindef with Cloud/Tech/Security background?

can pass means can pass, dun think so much. polygraph many people fail at least once.
