Anyone know the respective banding & PBs for DX 9-11?
Also, how do they affect MI? TIA!

Everything is allocated by your ranking board - PB and MI, following guidance set by HR.
MI is a function of performance and CEP (according to CS website though). Generally higher perf grade higher MI?
From experience:
C is around 1.3
C+ is around 1.8
B is around 2.3
For example, C grader can be some 1.3 and some 1.5 etc.

Thank you for sharing! Is it common for the first full ranking to be a C, even with secondary roles/projects?

It depends on your ranking board and your unit.
The principle of ranking is comparison with your units. Here are some of my personal thoughts:
1. Projects need to have a outcome/ product. Work in Progress projects usually have no weightage.
2. You can do a lot, but if your unit’s colleagues do a lot more then they may be ranked better than you.
3. There’s a perf grade quota — meaning the grades given to your unit is fixed.
4. Ranking style of the board plays an important role. Some commanders give emphasis to help people who can be promoted, some are more work objective based.
But first full year ranking C is quite common because there may be a lot more older officers in your ranking group.

3 weeks since application or 1st interview? Mine took 5 weeks after interview, so waiting is normal

Yup, for 1st interview. So you have gotten a reply after 5 weeks? Hope it's good news for you.
