Not sure if its 100%
Everything is allocated by your ranking board - PB and MI, following guidance set by HR.
MI is a function of performance and CEP (according to CS website though). Generally higher perf grade higher MI?
From experience:
C is around 1.3
C+ is around 1.8
B is around 2.3
For example, C grader can be some 1.3 and some 1.5 etc.
