I dont want to discourage anyone, just want to share that a friend of mine got interview for ops on 9 -Feb and got after after 3 weeks. Me interviewed for tech on 7 - Feb and got offer 2 week later.

True. My friend received the offer for the ops position 1 wk after the interview while the other one gt the offer 2 weeks later. So i emailed the HR and was informed that I am not shortlisted for the offer. I wish all the guys here all the best

Pay is good. It is 3.8k but i heard you work very hard and till quite late.

For those who are like me, not being shortlisted, can go look for agent. You may earn 4k-4.5k with OT but you will lose the benefits like those in the program. All the best

interviewed on 7 Feb, no call. ask hr last fri and was asked to still wait. as they r still recruiting, it depends on the later candidates. all the best
