bonus can be as little as a few hundred dollars, like <10% of monthly salary.

If no financial crisis, foreign banks increment range 12% - 15% depending on performance, but yes their bonus is lower.

I've been in the O&G industry for 5+ years now. My increment had been averaging 16% a year so far.

For me, engineering field average 25% yearly increment too with 2 jump ship.

i was told i wont be getting yearly increment because i have gotten my promotion increment in this workyear, being told this was company policy. Issit true?

Got a 5% cost of living increment in May and got a promotion increment of 10% in Sept. Was told I am still eligible for cost of living increment next May
