Earning 5k in local company, 5 years working experience in design consultancy. No aws, bonus 1-3 months

I had 10 yrs experience. working in MNC as engineering consultant Getting $ 8+ per month. With 6 month bonus.

18 years exp as a P.manager. currently working for a local listed company. 7.5k + 800 transport allowance and 200 hp allowance. abt 3 mths bonus

8 years exp, quality engineer in a high tech US company. Monthly 9300, bonus 4-5 mths

From my observation, late thirties is the time you go past your prime if you're a middle level manager. Then it all goes downhill.

Thats why need to plan for retirement early. If can make it to middle manager by 40 pay will at least 15-20k, plan & save wisely and when the chop comes just treat it as heaven asking you to retire.
