does anyone know how is iDA's typical annual remuneration structure like for an entry-level/junior role, e.g. AM?

about 2-4 weeks on average. plus there's still the medical check and time needed to obtain hiring approval. have you been offered already?

2-4 weeks? is that for cat 2 or cat 2A? Long clearance for Cat 1? 1 of the HR told me 2-3 months the other HR told me 3-6 months. Yes I went for medical check up already. it has been 2 months now.

I think I may not clear, heard some pple say if parents not Singaporean then will not clear cat 1. But I cleared cat 1 before for government project.

not sure if I should continue waiting or look for other opportunities. recently my boss want to send me for course with a short bond but I rejected. if eventually my clearance is not cleared then it's wasted.

sent resume to IDA, still no news.

sounds like you will be working on one of the smart nation projects, hence needing a higher clearance than mine. was told by hr previously (for the level i applied) that the entire process should take around 4 weeks--optimal gauge.

you mean 2 months after the medical or after they offered you? if it's the former then it's taking too long imo.

2 months after offer and the submission of g50. medical was done in between. I didn't expect cat 1 clearance take so long. not sure if I should just move on or what.

i was called up to sign the contract, so i think if you were asked to do the medical check, means that everything should be fine, just that the due diligence probably is taking longer. i have friends in other agencies doing infrastructural work waiting up to 2-3 months to clear their security as well. all will be good mate!

I am currently awaiting for my offer package to be approved by HR higher authority. And also awaiting to be sent for medical. It has already been 7 weeks. Reference check and g50 clearance already done. HR manager will let me know when package is approved. Wondering if the restructuring to imda and gto is causing the delay?

Your g50 cleared but still not called up for medical? yours is cat 1 or 2a?
