MOE Teacher (PDGE) Application - Waiting for outcome for months now haizz

I went for interview at the starting of July 2024 and I got medical checkup details given in September 2024. I got my Medical checkup done in the last week of September but no update has been given by Vital/MOE. The starting date given in the email is 16 December 2024. I need to give 1 month notice to my current company. I got 3 questions. I hope someone can answer it.

1) Likely by when will MOE inform if application is successful ?

My friend has emailed and asked but they just reply saying processing is happening.

2) I did medical checkup already. Does it mean I have been shortlisted become a teacher provided I passed my medical checkup?

3) Has anyone been through this same phase like me?

Govt agencies tend to only notify the successful who are shortlisted.

The medical checkup is just one stage and there are others.

All applicants tend to have same experience.

Did you ask the HR who arranged the med checkup?
