Company deduct air ticket from salary after i resign
Hello there, need some advice for my situation.
Company bought air ticket for my business trip.
Subsequently, about 2 months later, i tendered my resignation.
The business trip is after my last day (3 months notice period).
Company deducts the cost of the air ticket from my salary.
Is this allowed? If not, can anyone advise where can i seek help to claw back this amount?
Not a small amount as the air ticket refund value is less than 10% of the air ticket.
First time facing such issue with salary deduction, appreciate any advice anyone can provide and where to seek help. Thanks
