DBS MA - 40K bonus?
I heard that DBS MAs (7K base with 2-3 years exp) received a 40K bonus (~6mths) in 2023 due to exceptional year in 2022. Any DBS friends can verify?
And also, how this compares with other local/foreign banks @ 2-3yr exp?

yes but 40k bonus only
total comp is 130k
at 2-3 years post nus/ ntu/ smu biz
decent but not great.
foreign bank ish 180k.

where got so low? 2-3 years foreign bank total ish at least 230k

i know of someone, foreign bank MA starting salary already 8.5k and bonus ~8 months during last FY. this guy is also not in FO role. DBS need to up their game
|
