To any serious reader, you can ignore all the previous posts.

There just isn’t a firm-wide bonus number. The actual quantum varies across service, grade, performance review. The range is wide enough that it’s meaningless to give you a point or average figure.

Generally relevant, some numbers are on the high end of performance rating and some numbers are on the average end of the performance rating.

Bonus wise it's true green is < 1 mth and orange is > 1 mth (average around 1.5 to 2). Never been to blue and yellow, others can help to comment.

Since 2017, Orange changed their bonus timing to August.

Instead of using extrapolated/budgeted results, previous chairman changed it such that it’s based on actual firm results for the financial year.

Nobody knows the bonus because the firm hasn’t even completed its year end closing yet.

Anyone claiming to know is just lying.
