Since 2017, Orange changed their bonus timing to August.

Instead of using extrapolated/budgeted results, previous chairman changed it such that it’s based on actual firm results for the financial year.

Nobody knows the bonus because the firm hasn’t even completed its year end closing yet.

Anyone claiming to know is just lying.
