sorry i dont work in audit, SWE here. just wondering why is the pay so trash in audit especially when i heard that u guys work crazy hours.
even 6k starting in 2022 is pretty garbage tbh with rising inflation, rising rental / housing, gst hike next year etc and 9k after 9 years sounds like trash too, also no guarantee that one would be partner after 13 years.
admire ur passion to stay in this breadcrumb pay garbage field.

Senior manager only 9k??? Shocking. I know some Jhk managers r so cheap that they can't even afford a car.
