sorry i dont work in audit, SWE here. just wondering why is the pay so trash in audit especially when i heard that u guys work crazy hours.
even 6k starting in 2022 is pretty garbage tbh with rising inflation, rising rental / housing, gst hike next year etc and 9k after 9 years sounds like trash too, also no guarantee that one would be partner after 13 years.
admire ur passion to stay in this breadcrumb pay garbage field.
