Is it just me that is damn suay or the jhk mgr that I met are so lousy in planning resources? Everything also last minute and expect the staff to produce a miracle

Family all worked in big 4. Follow family career path since they know best and easier to get used to since their friends are friends of my family

Wat I meant was the mgr booked us for the entire week with the first few days nothing to assign for us. Then towards the last few days of the week then throw sheet at us to do by end of the week. Does he really think we are god?

eh but then again its not that bad

working at big 4 is still better than working at retail or fastfood garbage lol u guys complain about OT bla bla but grabdelivery, grabriders all work like dogs also yet earn 1/2 the pay we get

sure tech have better WLB but they need to keep upskilling right? last time i check, their trash devs all get cut very easily, look at all the mass layoffs. its not like anyone can do tech lol not that easy
