For that we can look at the Labour Force in Singapore 2020 report which addresses this:

s://stats.mom.gov.sg/iMAS_PdfLibrary/mrsd_2020LabourfForce.pdf
[Page 27, Chart 12]

The median salary of graduates of the local Autonomous Universities in the age range 25-29 in 2020 is $5,090 (including employer CPF).

Excluding employer CPF (17%), it is exactly $4,350. Taking the middle of the age range, the median 27 year-old graduate of Autonomous Universities in Singapore is earning exactly $4,350. That is only marginally above the pay of an auditor 2 years in (graduation age at 25), and below the pay of an auditor 3 years in (graduation age at 24).

And there are industry differences. From the breakdown by industry, the Finance industry has the highest median pay. Though this is not further broken down into age group for each industry. If you compare your accounting job (probably under "Professionals" rather than "Finance") with the Finance industry, it will certainly feel "barely reaching the median", but across the board, it is definitely at least comparable with the median for a local university graduate.

Have a question for mid joiners (meaning you joined a new B4 as a senior either from a different B4 or mid tier)

Are such joiners offered the standard salary band that is thrown around this thread? Or does HR offer you based on last drawn and negotiation?

What’s the takeaway of this analysis?

He got baited hard by the troll.

Trolls try to say one short sentence to trigger you, and bait you into writing long paragraph to reply.

They thrive by using their one minute to waste your five minutes.

you apply to all four companies and see which one select you first then you can have an accurate comparison.

what is the point if none select you in the first place

Too much work. They just want to apply to the one with the highest pay.
