Q: Big4 - Yearly salary increment

One thing I noticed about working with jhk are they will never ever use their brain to do audit. They will never understand the concept of materiality and risk. Smlj everything also must test 100%, cus rather play safe then under audit. Only know how to work like a dog, force pitiful associates to OT to do meaningless work. No wonder some got 10 years of audit experience still stuck at AM level.

Its not the locals who are cmi, its the foreigners who are cmi. Experienced malaysians who beg to enter our local big 4 can't speak proper english also means they can't communicate anything even if they have actual quality. Given the same level of work experience, the singaporeans are ahead.

One look and i can tell you aren't working in a Big 4 right now.

You seriously telling me those fresh grads we hired this year aren't cmi?

sometimes i wonder who are the people coming here to complain about jhks. if you're from the big 3 uni, why would you join big 4 audit? every other fresh grad MA programs don't hire foreigners and they pay 5k, anyone with half a brain will be there and get 8k after 3 years. unless these people are taxi drivers roleplaying as accounting students or something

It's school holidays. There was barely any trolling during school and exam period.

sibei cb. expect people to OT everyday and sell life to company but won't hesitate to layoff employees during a downturn.They would rather see associates & seniors handle 2 or 3 engagements concurrently then retaining people to help with the workload. farking cb.

Fresh grads are suppose to be CMI unless they took internship.

Thats what all jhk say. Hahahahaha. Im earning way more than a big 4 dog. Woof woof. I come here laugh at u only. Feels so good. You know your salary lose mcdonalds right? What does big4 open doors to? Be accountant ah? Fp&a ah? LOL. Filled with jhks by now, and of cos salary has been low balled since they have entered.
