standard chartered offer letter
hi Guys, I was told by HR recruiter based from India that they wanted to offer me, they asked for all my payslips, bonus details, educational certifications etc - it is almost 2 weeks now, but I haven't gotten the offer details. Is there anyone from SC here who can provide more insights? Is it really that long to get the offer letter? I cannot wait to leave my current company, but I have not resigned yet, waiting for the offer.

Do elaborate exactly what discussions you had with the recruiter so far. What else were discussed other than "they wanted to offer you". Did you all talk about expected salary and bonus, etc?
Also, suggest you ask the recruiter for an update, presuming the recruiter would have contacted you personally already (via email, whatsapp etc).

Thanks for sharing francis, this is clearer indeed.
I don't find anything anomalous with your situation. Given that you shared with the recruiter your expected pay, the recruiter most definitely need to take it back and discuss and more importantly obtain approval per their internal processes. These take time.
Very impt question which may shed further light too - Mind I ask how much % increment did you ask for?

Means they still haven’t offered you. Not even a verbal offer. Dont count on it
