I read about the MA Programs in local banks. Any feedbacks for it ? Do they accept private degree people ?

MA programs nope, even for local uni grads its very hard to get in. Grad associate programs yes. Private degree holders stand a chance, especially in operations.

rarely. especially you have a 2nd upper only.
you need to give a very convincing reason why should HR / management pick you over local / overseas returning grads with relevant intern exp + summa cum laude or near perfect GPA.
before somebody comes in and tell me they know someone else who got in n trades equities / FX/FICC,etc as a FRESH PRIVATE DL GRAD with mediocre results , please tell me which FI they are in and the year they joined. Or give me the initials of their BB email.
P.S: Doing execution does not equates to a trader.

If thats the case, sorry to break your hopes. You stand close to zero chance. This is SG, not EU or US.
Job market here in SG is pretty merciless, and a lot of emphasis on "meritocracy". If you don't believe me, go linkedin and do a scan on people with <3years working experience in FIs ; joined as a MA. See which schools they are from and look at their public CV.
Things aren't as rosy as what your lecturers or friends told you. Certainly is not the same as what you read from efincareer or wall street oasis. Especially if you're a private DL freshie, if you do not have ninja connections, no amount of praying can help you.
If you are still hell-bend on getting inside, perhaps try a CFA and work in something related. Middle office? Trade supports? etc, then try again, chances would still be low but definitely better than now.

No chance in hell that a private distance learning degree will pass through HR of BB/local banks for FO job la.
No chance.
I say again, zero. If you don't even pass the filter, how to showcase your "interview skills"?!

There are many private uni grads doing relatively well in bulge brackets, not sure why everyone keep looking down on them. My friend from UNISIM now in Deutsche Bank doing credit analytics doing quite well, last I heard already getting 9k+ and he's only left school 3 years ago.

Not looking down but lets be honest. The poster stated clearly he wants to be a 'trader' as 2nd upper with no relevant intern exp or whatsoever. Thats the dealbreaker.
If he had asked whether he stands a chance outside FO? My response to him is yes, definitely higher than with FO.
Your friend is in unisim means he previously alrdy had working exp. And in DB SG doing CR drawing 9k? Lets assuming your friend has less than 5years of working exp. Your friend is guy or girl? How old? Chinese or malay. Dont need tell me the name. I have friends in DB rmd too.
Ppl here likes to quote "my friend", "your friend" "my classmates brother" " my sistters bf cousin gf's 2nd nephew's gf brother"
C'mon la. Hav u seen firsthand their payslip or cpf statement or just what they tell u?
Conclusion: not impossible but it is difficult as a dl freshie in the beginning, even more so if u know nothinf about it. And whatever salary advices here you read in this forum, just take it with a pinch of salt. Dont read too much into it.

Everyone say this and that machiam impossible. Just apply and know the result, these ppl just saying thru their own experience. If your opinions differ from ppl, then apply for it. See yourself whether based on ur cert determine your career path or other factors. I do have friends as trader with 2nd Upper uol cert, well its depend on individual's skill and luck in finding trader job.

It's not all about cert..
If a Harvard grad rack in $100kpm as a trader while a private grad rack in $200k pm, who do you think the company will hire?
