Hotel admin is not an outdoor job.
Do a business degree and stay in your current job. Learn as much as you can about freight forwarding and start a small freight firm in future.

Speak to more people about hospitality jobs.
You may be looking at it through rose tinted glasses.
It is not as glam or as fun as you think.
I would place my bet on the logistics industry and take up courses to enhance business/marketing/managerial skills.
