Default if im single, after 35 cannot buy hdb if salary > 7000?

"The income ceiling for BTOs is $7,000, and there’s no income ceiling for singles who want to buy an HDB flat from the resale market. However, do note that there is still a maximum income limit if you want to qualify for a CPF Housing Grant or HDB Loan."

eh not sure if i stoopid or my reading skills cmi but

does this mean when i turn 35, if im not married , i still cannot buy BTO HDB if i earn more than 7k monthly ?

or does this 7k monthly mean something else ? after CPF ?

sorry bro i forgot to mention i already have a condo, currently living in it and i hate it because

1. location always suck, i dunno why all the condos like so deep inside their own base... knn i need walk 5 mins inside my base just to reach a bus stop outside?

2. i dont want buy car, waste of money so need walk out and take bus or take grab.

3. useless facilities. their gym facilities all CMI, no barbell or if have barbell, its not olympic barbell, its some garbage china trash, machine also all trash OEM brand, always breaking cause got siao langs in my condo anyhow use

4. cannot order grabfood on most days cause condo people always order so restaurants either stop delivery or delivery fees are like $10+ wtf

last time i rented a HDB cause my condo need renovate and i loved it . the HDB so near bus stops and MRTs. I walk 2 mins i reach bus stop or MRT.

i want food ? easy, i go downstairs got food court already. want grabfood? also easy, HDB people dont order grabfood as much as condo people cause got foodcourt downstairs.

i feel like only stupid people or people like me single and not 35 buy condos... shag

i dont mind buying resale but i read a lot of scary stories say resale HDB all quite fked up one , sometimes their water pipe got problem , the floor crack then no insurance, etc wtf...
