Confirmed 0.2mth due to formula change
Just to share that the formula to calculate the EOY bonus payment has been midified to not only reflect GDP growth but also the recent rise in the number of COVID infections.
As such , the 2021 EOY bonus will be 0.2mth + 13AWS. This has been confirmed.

Doesn't make sense that 7% growth and rise of infections are equivalent to 0.2 mth. It's like civil servants are punished due to the rise.

Not necessarily. There was zero year end bonus in 2019 even though the economy was doing okay. Covid hasn't reached our shores yet even.
