How’s this year bonus and increment for everyone? I got 1.2 months bonus and 5.5% raise. Kinda disappointed but not sure how’s the average this year

Obviously underperformer. I'd be looking for a new job if I were you

how would we know bro

bonuses and pay raise earliest you can find out is in mid feb, that's when banks run their financial report.

Clearly not from GS/JPM/MS. Bonuses and pay raises were announced latest this week. The percentage quoted is that of an avg performer for back office. Poor performers get close to 0 and better performers get a bit more. It's a shitty year for most

I got 2 months last year and the standard 6.7% bump, not sure about this year.

Like that poster said, got to wait till Feb. I'm at JP btw, 601 role. I'm guessing it'll be 1.5 month this year hah.
